What happens if an item is damaged during my event?
All our items have a pre-determined replacement value in the event of loss or damage. If our post-event inspection reveals that any items are missing or damaged, the client will be notified within 30 days after the return or collection. Missing or damaged items will subsequently be invoiced to the client.
